Mrs D is a 70 year old lady who has been referred to your clinic by their GP for lower back pain. She describes this as in her buttocks and thighs, it happens every day after she has been walking for about 400 meters and only improves if she walks bent forward such as when she pushes her shopping trolley in the supermarket. She is taking clopidogrel for a previous transient ischaemic attack. She has no other past medical or surgical history of note and has no known drug allergies.
